Spring Medication Take Back Day 2021

Mark your calendars, on Saturday, April 24, 2020 from 8 to 11 AM is the Spring Evansville Medication Take Back Day! Every person that stops by and drops off meds can be entered to win a $50 gas gift card!
Please practice social distancing and wear masks when in public. The officers will be equipped with the proper PPE to keep you, and them safe.
Get rid of your unused, unwanted and / or expired meds and keep them out of our homes, waters and the reach of youth.
There will be FREE drive through service at the Evansville Police Department - 10 West Church Street.
If possible, leave all medications in their original containers. You may black out any personal information on the bottle with a marker.
As in the fall of 2020, we will be accepting your vapes & cartridges! If you've been wanting to stop vaping and remove them from your home this is your chance!
We WILL accept the following items:
- Prescription & Over the Counter
- Medications
- Vitamins
- Samples
- Pet Medications
- Vapes & Cartridges
We WILL NOT accept the following:
- Needles/Sharps
- Pressurized Containers
- Liquids / Lotions
- Thermometers
- Illicit Drugs
