How do I Promote My Event through the Evansville Chamber of Commerce?
Want to get your event promoted? Here are the steps you can take to make sure your event is shared in all of our different outlets.
Online Calendar of Events
Facebook/Social Media
- The Chamber of Commerce manages multiple FB pages including the Evansville Area Chamber of Commerce (fb.com/evansvillecoc) and Evansville, WI Events (fb.com/evansvillewievents)
- Evansville Chamber members events get posted on both pages. Nonmembers may still post on the Evansville, WI Events page.
- The best way to be added to these events is to add the pages as cohosts to your events and tag those pages in your FB posts.
E-blast
- Information on upcoming chamber and member events are included in the Chamber e-blasts. That information is pulled from our FB and website calendar of events. To have the best opportunity to be featured in the e-blast, submit your event at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Sign up for e-blast here https://evansvillechamber.org/get-updates/
