We are pleased to introduce Caroline Pratesi as our new
Director of Quality for Stoughton Trailers. She will be
reporting to Frank Smidler, Director of Corporate
Quality. Caroline is coming in to bolster our commitment
to Quality process improvement and as part of our
succession planning as Frank is looking forward to
retiring in the next 3 to 4 years.
Caroline joined us on Monday, March 2nd and will be in
the Corporate Quality office in Plant 6. She will initially
focus on reviewing our Quality process’ and developing a
plan to achieve ISO 9001 Quality Certification.
Caroline has an extensive career in Quality management
in Tier one automotive supply companies involved in die
casting, precision machining, injection molding and
seating. She has been responsible for quality in facilities
in North America as well as Europe, China and Mexico.
During her career Caroline has developed expertise in
quality management, quality management systems, ISO
9001, organization leadership, process development,
APQP, PPAP, risk management, operations and
corrective action. She has affiliations with Quality
Executives Management Summit, ASME BPE member,
American Society of Quality Control and Certified Quality
Engineers.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Mathematics with a minor in Business Administration
from the University of Wisconsin Platteville and has a Six
Sigma Green Belt. Please help me welcome Caroline to
