Join Becky, the owner of Kula Yoga & Wellness, as she guides you through a gentle yoga sequence to find space in the body and in the mind.
Body-opening yoga postures, guided gratitude meditation and mudras
(hand postures) will be taught. This class is appropriate for all levels: postures will utilize standing as well as seated and laying down on a yoga mat.
