When you’re in recovery or treatment for breast cancer, the medication and treatments may come with many side effects that can take an unwanted toll on your body and spirit. As your treatment progresses, you may need to add activities and exercise that will benefit you both physically and emotionally. Join this class to re-center your mind and build strength and flexibility in your body. Suzanne Larsen is a certified yoga teacher with over 20 years’ experience working with a wide variety of populations. She is currently pursuing advanced therapeutic yoga accreditation.

In this class, Amy Crull, a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, will share what Reiki is, how it came about, what happens in session, and the benefits. Reiki is different from other healing modalities in that it treats the entire physical body, mind, emotional body, and spirit. Reiki gets to the root of whatever issue you are having, whether it be anxiety, physical pain, trauma, illness, depression, or hormonal imbalances (to name a few) - and harmonizes the body’s energy through the chakra system.
