Friends Used Book Donation Day
The Friends of the Eager Free Public Library will have a Used Book Donation Day on Saturday, October 12, 9am-12pm. We can accept most donations; the exceptions are reference and textbooks, magazines (except quilting), damaged books and books that might be outdated or not selling well. Also no DVDs or CDs. Please plan to stay a few minutes while we check through your offerings. This will be our only donation day until our Winter Book Sale and Donation Days in February.
NEW!! We will also have available -for sale by donation - our inventory of Christmas books, both adult and children's, fiction and non-fiction, as well as some Halloween and Thanksgiving kids' books.
Monies raised through our used book sales are used to fund programs and services at the library for both children and adults, so your support of our book events goes full circle to support our community of readers. Thank you.
