Vaccine Clinic

Effective today, AMI will be offering the Pfizer vaccine to people ages 12 and up. Persons between the ages of 12 and 17 must have a parent/guardian present. No pre-signed consent forms will be accepted. The clinic is now accepting walk-ins; appointments are still accepted online at https://vaccinate.wi.gov/.
Clinic hours are Tuesdays - Saturdays from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
AMI Expeditionary Health operates the DHS Community-Based Vaccination Clinic at Rock County (located on BTC's Central Campus) in cooperation with DHS and Rock County Public Health Department.
Please note, while the clinic is located on BTC's Central Campus, it is independently operated by AMI and DHS. College personnel do not have information regarding appointments, eligibility, vaccinations, or clinic operations.
