Why is the Chamber virtual?

Where can I drop off items for the Chamber?

If you need to physically drop off items in town; you can drop them off with our Board President, Jill Paugel at Grams Insurance, 15 N. Madison St. between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.


How can I get in contact with the Chamber?

How can I meet with someone from the Chamber?

The Chamber is still meeting with members, community and potential businesses to schedule a time; e-mail evansvillechamber@gmail.com to set up a virtual or in person appointment.


What is the Chamber’s mailing address?

The Chamber has a PO box set up for mail.  You can send items, bills, or chamber buck reimbursements to PO Box 588, Evansville, WI 53536.


How do I purchase chamber bucks?

Chamber bucks are a shop local gift certificate that can be used at over 100 member businesses.  They are available at State Bank of Cross Plains, by e-mail evansvillechamber@gmail.com and soon at Greenwoods State Bank for purchase.  They can be purchased in $5, $10 or $20 denominations.  In order to purchase large quantities (ie as an employee appreciation, etc) please order directly through the Chamber and allow a couple days to process.


How do I redeem chamber bucks?  

Write your business name on the back of the Chamber buck(s) and send it to PO Box 588, Evansville, WI 53536 for reimbursement.  Allow about a week for processing.  Chamber bucks are redeemable for all members in good standing.


Where will meetings be held? 

Most committee and board meetings are currently being held virtually.  To obtain a link to any committee or board meetings, contact evansvillechamber@gmail.com or check on our Facebook page and business groups for updates and links.  When we do meet in person, we will meet at member businesses practicing social distancing mandates.


How can I update the chamber on what’s going on with my business?

Please continue to forward, e-mail or tag the chamber in social media posts, press releases and other company information and make sure you update your membership listings on our online directory.  We continue to share information on our member businesses and community through our social media and website and have seen our engagement and reach online skyrocket this past year as people continue to search for business information online.  


How do I schedule a ribbon cutting or other event with the chamber?

Contact the chamber at evansvillechamber@gmail.com for information on setting up a ribbon cutting or other event with the Chamber.


Where can I get community and business information and brochures?

Our brochure and business card racks are now located in the Grange Building. 33 W. Main St. which allows greater access to them by the general public.  If you need a larger quantity of brochures, contact evansvillechamber@gmail.com.
